A restaurant named after one of the greats, Moby Dick. or, The Whale takes nautical to the next level - breathing new life into downtown Pittsburgh's historic Salvation Army building, this restored space is now a bustling, swanky seafood and chophouse, where there's always a good nook to sip on a cocktail or chat with girlfriends at brunch.

Leatherbound, literary and detailed.
or, The Whale's menu is an easy read. Fully equipped with a foreword, prelude and spanning over four chapters. Tangible and worn as it sits snug in an up-cycled book binding.

Up-cycle, re-use and recycle. Sustainability and reducing food waste was a key element in the branding as well as customer experience.
